At Kleinfeld Again, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible designer bridal wear and accessories. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Kleinfeld Again account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring the bridal garment is folded correctly to prevent creasing, and include all original documentation.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team confirms the garment remains in pristine condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
