What is your return policy?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. This allows time for the seller to ship the item to our inspection center for quality bridal verification before it reaches your door.
Can I see the dress in person before purchasing?
As an online-only marketplace, we do not offer physical try-on appointments. However, our concierge team is available to provide additional photos or video consultations for specific gowns.
How do I know if a dress will fit?
Bridal sizing runs differently than street sizing. We include the original label size as well as current flat-lay measurements for the bust, waist, and hips on every product page.
